For customers who cannot register or pay by credit card

We have introduced the personal authentication service "3D Secure 2.0".

What is 3D Secure 2.0 (credit card authentication service)?
3D Secure 2.0 is a personal authentication service recommended by VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and AMEX for safer credit card payments on the Internet.

If you receive an error when paying with a credit card or cannot make a payment,
it may be due to one of the following reasons.

・You have not registered 3D Secure for your credit card.

If the "personal authentication password" of the personal authentication service (3D Secure) is not registered, the personal authentication of the card will fail. Please apply for the registration of "personal authentication password" from the card company by yourself.

・The credit card you are using is not set to the personal authentication service 3D Secure 2.0 (EMV3DS).

In that case, please set the personal authentication service 3D Secure 2.0 (EMV3DS).

・The credit card does not support 3D Secure 2.0 (EMV3DS) identity verification service.

In that case, please use a credit card that supports 3D Secure 2.0.
Please contact your credit card issuer to find out if your credit card supports 3D Secure 2.0.

・In the personal authentication service 3D Secure 2.0 (EMV3DS), it is possible that the credit card issuer judged that the risk was high.

In that case, please use another credit card.
For details, please contact your credit card issuer.

・The credit card number or expiration date may be incorrect.

In that case, please check your input again.
