Notice Regarding Nekopos Shipping Size Changes and Postage

ネコポスでの発送につきましては、お品物の数量に応じて「Mサイズ」「Lサイズ」「ネコポス2通」よりお選びいただけます。

ただし、梱包時の状況によりサイズ内に収まった場合は、LサイズからMサイズへ、または2通から1通へ変更させていただく場合がございます。


ネコポスはポスト投函での配達となるため、サイズが大きい場合はポストに入らず持ち戻りとなり、
不在通知が投かんされることで当日中にお受け取りいただけない可能性がございます。


そのため、当日中のお受け取りをご希望の場合は、できる限りポストに収まるサイズをおすすめしております。

なお、サイズ変更に伴う送料差額のご返金は行っておりません。
梱包後でないと判断が難しいため、あらかじめご了承いただけますと幸いです。

Regarding shipping via Nekopos,
you may choose from M size, L size, or two separate Nekopos shipments depending on the quantity of your order.

However, during packing, if the items fit within a smaller size,
we may change the shipment from L size to M size, or from two parcels to one.

As Nekopos is delivered via mailbox,
if the package is too large to fit, it will be returned to the courier,
and a delivery notice will be left instead, meaning it cannot be received on the same day.

Therefore, if you wish to receive your order on the same day,
we recommend choosing a size that can fit in your mailbox whenever possible.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any difference in shipping fees due to size changes.
As the final size can only be determined after packing,
we kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
