What should I do if the package I received is damaged?
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased using an international forwarding service, even if the item is defective.
Tracking result of international mail is "Import Canceled.
This means that the destination country has stopped the import process, and delivery has been interrupted.
If the tracking result shows "Import Canceled," the recipient must contact the nearest post office in the destination country to confirm the reason for the import cancellation.
We do not sell prohibited items and therefore cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by customs.
About the Photo Discounts.
Please note that overseas customers are not eligible for the photo discount.
This is because names often include both English and Chinese characters, which makes the verification process
very difficult and has caused many issues in the past.
Instead, if you send us photos of the item being worn, we would be happy to feature them on our Instagram account.
If you’re able to take some cute photos, we’d love to share them!

In terms of the request to change your order and to add your order
For overseas customers paying by credit card, changes or additions to your order may not be reflected due to
your credit card contract status.
Therefore, if you wish to change or add to your order, please contact us by email first.
After we receive your request, your original order will be canceled, and the changed or additional order will be processed.
However, please note that your request may not be accepted depending on the timing of the reorder and our
inventory status.
Also, once the shipment information has been sent to you, changes or additions to the order can no longer be made.
